This new build project consisted of a variety of custom joinery throughout the home which allowed for more creative freedom when designing these custom pieces.

Custom joinery design in all areas of the home consisted of built-in & walk-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, shelving & entertainment units, bookcases, & storage cabinets in the entry, office, & living areas.

Alongside the joinery drawings are the FF&E schedules for each joinery piece.

I was also set to draw the wetarea floor plans and elevations which included all bathrooms and the home laundry.
